Description	Cauliflower is widely sold as fresh produce, but is also ideal for industrial use. Mini cauliflowers are becoming increasingly popular in supermarkets. CFL1522 is a great variety for late summer and fall production with an excellent wrap. Widely adapted, including the southeast winter. The outer frame leaves are quite long and erect for added shading from the sun. High, bright white, domed heads with dense curds. Exceptional flavor and raw eating quality make CFL1522 a great choice for fresh market.
